Privacy policy

This policy belongs to Tech Spider Hand Ltd Company ("the Company", "we"), based at Dora, Street 19, Block 828, Office No. 3, Baghdad 10023, Iraq. We are responsible for data collected through https://tsh.sale, our partner portal, and our official contact channels.

Contact person name, business name, phone number, email address, delivery address and province.

Trade account data: orders, invoices, payments, returns and account statements.

Limited technical data needed to run the site: session cookies, error logs and browser type.

We do not collect full payment card numbers or banking passwords, and we never request images of personal identity documents over messaging.

Fulfilling orders, issuing invoices and arranging delivery.

Managing the trade account, statements and collections.

Technical support, after-sales service and warranty.

Sending order, invoice and delivery notifications to partners who agreed to receive them.

Meeting accounting and legal obligations in Iraq.

We message partners about their own orders and accounts only. We do not send promotional messages unless the recipient has explicitly opted in.

Consent can be withdrawn and messages stopped at any time by emailing [email protected]; we action such requests immediately.

We do not buy phone lists and we do not message people who have no business relationship with us.

We use TikTok and Meta measurement tools on our website only to measure advertising performance. They do not run until you give explicit consent. You can reject or withdraw consent at any time from the site's privacy settings, after which new measurement events stop.

After consent, measurement data may be sent, including the page visited, event type (such as viewing a product, adding to cart or completing an order), a unique non-revealing event identifier, vendor advertising-cookie identifiers, IP address and browser type needed to measure web events. Commerce events may also include product identifiers, quantities, unit prices, order value and currency. We do not include your name, phone number, email address or delivery address in measurement events.

The same event may be sent from the browser and our server to Meta through the Conversions API. We use the same event_id to prevent one action from being counted twice.

The product, price and order-value context described above is commerce measurement data, not payment credentials. We do not send card numbers, payment-account credentials, bank information or passwords.

We retain measurement data only as long as needed to evaluate campaign performance, subject to the providers' retention controls and terms, after which we delete what we hold or aggregate it without a direct customer link.

Delivery agents and shipping companies — only as needed to deliver the order.

Approved payment and money-transfer channels — to confirm payments.

Advertising-measurement providers (TikTok and Meta) — measurement-event data and, for commerce events, the product and order-value context described above, only after your consent.

Authorities where a legal obligation applies.

We do not sell, rent or share customer data for third-party marketing.

We keep commercial and accounting records for the period required by Iraqi law, and operational data for as long as the account remains active. When the purpose ends, we delete or anonymise the data.

Access to account data is restricted to authorised staff, traffic to the site is encrypted over HTTPS, and partner portal sign-in uses a one-time verification code.
